Welcome to Willow Creek Cottage. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed once full or partial payment has been received, as specified during checkout. Rates are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by booking type and are shown at the time of reservation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for treating the property with care, following house rules, and reporting any damage promptly. Willow Creek Cottage is a non-smoking property.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are listed on our booking page. Early or late requests can be made in advance and are accommodated when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take every care to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, but we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your visit, except where required by law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
